Why do I need what3words?

1. Find the what3words address
You can discover what3words addresses
with the free app or online map.
2. Open the Hermes app
Tap ‘more’ in the bottom right corner, then select ‘My places’.
Type in the street address for your delivery location.
3. Enter the what3words address
Tap ‘Precise location’ and type the what3words address.
Don’t forget the full stops between the words,
for example ///filled.count.soap
Next time you place an order online that is fulfilled by Hermes, the courier will navigate directly to the what3words address that’s now saved on your profile.
