We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is ready to join a rapidly growing business and build a new global standard for addressing. We have an exciting year ahead with a push into consumer marketing globally and need someone with drive and ambition to join the Consumer Marketing team.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing the media and production for our B2C campaigns globally, this includes traditional ATL media (TV, OOH, Radio), digital (Facebook, Google, Display), and influencer marketing across multiple markets. You will work in to the Consumer Marketing Lead and work closely with the Head of Consumer Marketing, CMO and Creative Director as well as with our team of Marketing Managers.

You will work directly with our internal creative and media teams, made up of passionate, experienced, ex-agency and client-side people. In addition, you will help manage our multiple media and creative agency relationships.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be able to hit the ground running as we continue to expand into new markets. You will be motivated by the ambition of what3words to become a global standard – and know that the success of this role will play a large part in making this a reality. The right person will have a knack for great creative work and a flair for cross-discipline stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead TV and digital production in multiple countries, including the creative development process, legal approvals, production company sourcing and coordination
  • Support on media planning and execution for campaigns in markets such as UK, Germany, US, Japan, South Korea and India
  • Manage internal stakeholders across large projects
  • Project management and delivery
  • Measurement and analysis with our internal growth team, including campaign performance and user growth
  • Drive creative efficiency, e.g., reusing creative ideas or assets, automating ways of working
  • Work closely with the other Marketing Managers and PR to ensure campaigns are developed across the team
  • Feed campaign performance insights back into subsequent campaigns, and share the knowledge with the broader marketing team

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing team or creative agency
  • Experience running campaigns - either agency or brand side, including both media and creative management
  • Solid production experience across TV and digital
  • Excellent understanding of all media channels both on and offline
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns, including TV, OOH, Digital, Email, Social
  • Calm under pressure
  • Strong project management skills and ability to maintain order despite many competing priorities and needs
  • Desire and ability to roll sleeves up and get involved in making sure a project is delivered
  • Solid ability to understand data and derive insights to help evolve and improve the work/campaign performance
  • Strong team-working skills
  • Experience managing relationships with cross-department teams; ability to build strong, respected relationships that motivate all to deliver to the highest quality standard, on time and on budget
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly
  • An eye for great creative and ability to collaborate well with Creative Director and creative teams
  • Motivated by challenging targets
  • Highly collaborative and able to communicate requirements and priorities across the business

The role is based in our London HQ (at Great Western Studios - ///filled.count.soap). Our Marketing team can choose to work up to three days a week from home and two days in the office.
