TomTom to integrate what3words into its GPS navigation offering
TomTom will be offering what3words integration to TomTom consumer and automotive customers in the second half of this year.
Best known as a global leader in navigation and mapping products, TomTom supplies industry-leading automotive navigation and traffic technology to car manufacturers including Volkswagen, Fiat Chrysler, Alfa Romeo, Citroën and Peugeot.
TomTom also creates state-of-the-art fleet management solutions, location-based products and GPS sports watches. The company is recognised as the largest and fastest-growing telematics provider in Europe, and its easy-to-integrate navigation engine has been used in over 100 million devices.
what3words will enable drivers to discover, share and navigate to any precise location faster and more easily than any other system.
