We’re excited to have been shortlisted in the Innovation category at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, a global event for those working in creative communications, advertising and related fields.

what3words is up against Audi and Google, with the teams behind each campaign being invited to present their concept to the jury live over three days, on 17-18th June in Palais II and then 19th June on the showcase stage at the Lions Innovation Festival.

This is the second time we’ve been shortlisted at the Cannes Lions. In 2015, what3words won the prestigious Innovation Grand Prix, with our CEO Chris Sheldrick presenting to an audience of over 2,000 people before picking up the award.
