How it works
Discover caller’s 3 word address
When a caller struggles to describe their location, ask for their 3 word address. If they don’t know it, send these instructions as an automated message: Visit uk.w3w.co and enable location services. Tap the ‘my location’ icon and tell us the three words at the top of the screen.
Input a 3 word address
You can now input 3 word addresses from calls directly into STORM, which will add them to the incident notes.
Enable dispatch team devices
Enable responders to transfer the 3 word address from incident notes into the what3words app and navigate to the exact location of an emergency.
