what3words Logo

Download logos & pins

You may use the what3words word mark or map symbol as part of the visual branding of your product, for example in promotional material or as part of the logo or icon of your product. However, the what3words logo must be clearly subordinate to the primary branding of your product, and in such a way that there can be no confusion that your product is an official what3words product.

The what3words logo should have clearance space on all sides, equal to the height of the what3words “3”. No other elements (text, images, other logos, GIFs, etc.) can appear inside this clear space.

The logo can appear in white over picture or colour as long as it is clearly visible.

3 word address and map symbol

The what3words map symbol indicates a 3 word address. This helps the user identify a 3 word address visually or where an input field requires a 3 word address.

The symbol always appears at the beginning of the 3 word address. In English it is on the left, in Arabic it is placed on the right. The preferred size of the symbol is the 3 strokes are the same height as the typography “x height”.

The map symbol can be displayed in your brand colours as long as it’s easy to see.

The 3 word address symbol should always be used when displaying a 3 word address.

When indicating a 3 word address location on an image use the call out graphic. This includes the symbol, address and area name, and a line that connects the location to the address. Please make sure it’s legible.
